Why?
Still I Am 1Still I am 1 is the spiritual awareness of being here and now, an energetic quality of being. It is what I practice both for me and for you. That is what is offered here for humanity or anyone who aspires to wanting something more from life. A shift in consciousness! It is the practice of being one with the present moment without judgement. Still I am1 will offer some awareness tools, guidance and insight to wake up to our true spiritual nature. To become aware, to self realize , to be here and now. To maybe make life just a little bit better.
STILL
Silliness is an energetic quality of being with the experience of now.It does not imply non movement or not engaging life. Stillness is a quality of being wether you are sitting with your eyes closed or engaging life in all its various forms. You can be still and play golf, be an artist or just sit and go out for dinner with you significant other. It is the naturally present energetic experience of being aware that resides in all beings.
Stillness is a choice, the choice of living in a state of presence with our whole self in a simple rhythm with the ever-changing flow of existence. If it is unrecognized it is because the choice has been made for something else. If one is grounded in stillness, then this is where tranquillity resides liberated from the onslaught of thinking. Sometimes called witnessing, observing or just being aware.
I AM
I Am That! Is the self realization of just being, timeless being. The I Am That was taught by the Indian sage Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj and embodies the belief. That you already are what you seek. The seeker is she who is in search of her true spiritual self. Of course you must start with realizing what you are not before you can self realize who you are. He would tell his students give up all questions except one , ask “Who am I”? After all the only fact you know for sure is that you are. The I Am is certain. The I Am This is not. Find a way to find out who you really are . The reality of what you are certain to be true. The I Am!
1-one
Oneness is the teaching that our true nature is divine, one with God the underlying reality, and this exists in every being. We are one with the universe, and everything is connected. This comes from the over 5000 year old Indian teachings called the Vedas.
From the Vedas comes the Vadanta philosophy which is the teaching of the one. Vadanta means the end of knowledge. To achieve this state of being one has to attain Nirvana or enlightenment. There are many definitions and thoughts on these states of being but for sure it is an experience and one that can only be recognized if you have the experience.
If the mind is trying to consider what oneness is, it is comparing, which is duality which is not an experience. Oneness if it could be defined is incomparable. Thus oneness can only be a direct experience, it is always with us as the basis of an underlying essence of everything.
Whats the point? Something to contemplate, and to consider.
