Meditation Classes

The goal of any meditation practice is to develop awareness.

The meditation we teach is simple and easy to do, all one needs to do is set aside some time daily to practice. This is possibly the most important point I can convey, practice daily.

Awareness is cultivated and grows into an experience through the regular practice. It starts with engagement, investing fully in the present moment, then moves from passive interest, to active curiosity, to full engagement and possibly into enchantment. 

What we appreciate, appreciates!  The more we are aware the more it expands our consciousness. Thus the continuity of awareness allows one to deeply experience and value what is already there.
