Christmas can bring a lot of Joy and Happiness as well as some stress.

     This time of year brings many of us out of our comfort zone, especially this year. 2020 has pushed a lot of boundaries and a lot of buttons.  Usually, we are planning events, dinners, and parties. This year looks to be different for the obvious reasons.  With relationships on many levels being taxed not only from being unable to connect. But also from having to spend too much time confined in one place with each other. It’s not all bad it just is what it is.
   Without going into a lot of Blah Blah about the year 2020 let me offer an ancient meditation that works to healing relationships especially the one we have with ourselves.

 This technique I am going to share here is called the Pink Light technique and is an ancient Ishaya technique that has been around since before anyone really knows. It has stood the test of time because it works. It helps heal the belief we have about some of our relationships being anything less than acceptable. Including what we may think about our self. Self-love may be one of the most misunderstood aspects of love that there is.
  As you do this technique just be innocent and open to let whatever happens happen. This technique has been used to heal all pain and suffering between the user and the subject. Use the technique in innocence and without conditions.
