Life is not something you get; it’s something you experience.

There are two parts of the mind the ego part and the still quiet part that is spiritually described in many different ways. Depending on your desired belief, interpretation, or choice of the higher self also known as God or Universal presence and many other names. Let’s call it stillness.
There is the part of the mind that’s always talking to itself, it is usually distracted, disorganized, and often uncertain. Then there is the part of the self that is still, calm and aware, and wholly certain. That stillness is available in the now sweet spot of the present moment.  It requires one to pause and just be present. The key is to just pause, release and relax, and just be aware of what is only left in front of you in the present moment. Tremendous spiritual growth is realized by just being still. This eternal link is always there it has never left and never will leave. It just is.
As we identify more and more with stillness, we naturally become more centered and grounded. This happens not so much because we are reaching for stillness, but by letting go of the rest and realizing what is left is stillness that which has always been and always will be.
Listen in deep silence. Be very still and open your mind. For a few minutes, sit in silence, aware of the thoughts, but let them just be. Witness the thoughts and don’t react. Then notice what else is there?
