What do we do now ?

It’s always going to be about awareness and choices, life is as simple or as difficult as that. You live where you put your attention, and what you appreciate, appreciates. Where your mind goes your energy follows.  If your happy just stay their . If you are having some stress or difficulty, become aware of where your mind is. The easiest way to deal with anything is to be present. Thats not to say ignore whats going on but just be aware of what you are choosing to put your attention on. Is it serving you, your family and your community or is it creating stress for you.  If you are reading this you most likely have some kind of spiritual practice do yoga or meditate. Or you have some kind of way of grounding your self. Wether it is walking in the woods or getting one pointed with something you like to do such as being creative.

It’s always going to be about your choices and awareness, always!

Tips for a Pandemic – Viral Homework
Most often stress is created when we make what is going on about me (self centred). Versus (others centred) which is supporting and helping. Which can be as simple as  connecting with a phone call. There are so many ways we can support each even in self isolation.  Reach out and touch someone, stay connected.

Meditate, do yoga or ascension, make your practice your priority.  Having no expectations will give you a different relationship with your practice. This in itself will bring about some harmony and balance. Even in your meditation practice. Just letting the practice be the practice and allowing the universe to have its way with your soul and mind.

Remember having lots of thoughts in your meditation usually means you are deleting stress.  Let that shit go.

Learn diaphragmatic breathing. You can find it on youtube or learn from a yoga instructor the latter being the better choice.

This type of abdominal breathing encourages full oxygen exchange. Slowing your breath slows and calms your mind This type of breathing slows the heart rate, which relaxes and calms as well as stabilizing blood pressure. It fills and empties the lungs. You will notice the difference. After doing this close your eyes and meditate and just be with the experience.

Music and media have a big impact on your state of being. Check out the music from Marconi Union aka the song Weightless. You can find it on Spotify and many other places. The science on this music suggests you will have 65% less stress and anxiety,  if you choose to listen to this music.

Because of circumstances we may be spending more time with people who are close to us. There is research that supports that praising in a relationship is one of the best ways to maintain a healthy relationship A study by psychiatrists found that couples who praise each often where far more likely to stay together than couple’s who don’t.
